You watch important YouTube videos and lose them. Finding them again takes too long. Sharing a bundle of related videos with your team has no good solution. YouTube playlists give you the videos but nothing else.

CraftlyNow turns YouTube videos into a structured knowledge base — with transcripts, AI summaries, rich text notes, and shareable links. A performance tool for builders who learn by watching.

YouTube metadata pull

Paste a URL and CraftlyNow pulls the title, thumbnail, and description automatically.

Transcripts per video

Transcripts are pulled from YouTube and stored against each video in the course.

AI-generated summaries

Each transcript is used to generate a structured summary written into an editable TipTap field.

Private and public sharing

Share via a unique private link or publish publicly to the CraftlyNow landing page.
